Before working with Totaal, I’d written content for websites, but hadn’t ever been involved in the design of the look and feel of one.  Building a new business is a busy time with a steep learning curve and Ben made the process simple, straightforward and easy.

We hired Totaal to redevelop our website and help the organisation communicate better online. We are incredibly happy with the resulting website which was delivered, on spec, on time, and on budget. Totaal’s energy, humour, and ideas helped to build an enthusiasm for communication at every level of a complicated and diverse organization.

Totaal built me a practical website which is easy for me to maintain and update and taught me lots about what goes on behind the scenes.  They’ve also been on the end of the phone ever since. No matter how stupid, simple or complex my enquiry, they’ve talked me through what I needed to do and left me both more knowledgeable and with the problem solved.

Totaal took the time to get to know and understand our organisation, and helped us look at ourselves in a different light.
