Bespoke Training & Content Workshops
Each and every organisation we work with is different, and so is each and every person. With this in mind, we produce tailored, bespoke training schedules for each and every person we train. We carry out initial basic training on everything from posting content and finding a voice right the way through to advising on how to write whilst keeping a consistent tone-of-voice. We then work on individual challenges that the participant faces and address them one-by-one.
Creating online content is crucial to getting the most from your site. We run open training sessions where we walk through the challenges of the creation of content for your site. Leading on from work around tone-of-voice, we talk through what it takes to produce different types of content for the site. In these sessions we look at everything from simpler stuff like copy and images, right the way through to video – from storyboarding and planning to shooting, editing and uploading videos for use on the web.
Collaborative Places
The bigger an organisation is, the greater the propensity to begin to work in silos dictated by team structures or geographic location. Companies often try to address this through changing working environments and structures or social exercises like sports teams or the company night out. Totaal build infrastructure to support this socialisation alongside tools like group, project or team blogs and wikis which can aid cross-departmental working.
We also build bespoke Project Management tools and areas for your clients to upload files so each time a client account or live project is updated, your team are kept in touch with developments, keeping everyone involved and engaged by default.
Training Sandboxes
Publishing content online does not come naturally to everybody and, as with most things in life, developing the confidence to do so is often a greater challenge than developing the aptitude. We produce separate copies of your website or project, only accessible to those inside the organisation, where posting content can be practiced by participants until the confidence is gained to post on the live site. Just like a sandbox, when you are done you can kick the castles over and start again.
